University of Copenhagen – Global Health Solutions 2025

All bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD students from any discipline are welcome to apply. Selected participants will receive a 4EU+ short-term mobility grant to support their travel and accommodation.

Selected participants will be divided into teams of 4-5 students from different backgrounds to find a solution to a real global health problem. This year’s case Caught in the Crossfire: Managing Chronic Disease in War Zones is provided by the Danish Red Cross.

The winning team will be invited to the 2025 SDG Olympiad in Geneva.

Deadline for applications is 21 July 2025.


4EU+ Migration and Health Days

Program & Registration

  • Expert lectures by speakers from 4EU+ partner universities (Charles University, Sorbonne, Heidelberg, Warsaw, Milan, and others), as well as representatives from the UN, WHO, IMO, and the non-profit sector
  • Discussions on topics such as climate migration, health inequalities, and migrant mental health
  • Hands-on workshops focused on global health care, science communication, and competent health care approaches for migrant populations
  • A unique opportunity to meet inspiring people and build new connections across disciplines and countries

On 15 September 2025, the National Technical Library will host the 10th edition of the international competition Falling Walls Lab Czech Republic, which aims to bring together the next generation of great scientists and innovators. They can come up with a breathtaking idea – a scientific project, a business plan or a social initiative that will break down all walls and barriers.

Participants have exactly 3 minutes, never more, never less, to present their projects (in English) from a wide range of fields in front of an audience and jury.
